Kitten and Owlet Become Nap Buddies and Best Friends

Fuku the owlet and Marimo the kitten may be seen in the Hukulou coffee shop in Osaka, Japan.

It’s unusual to see a cat and an owl get along, since we’ve all heard stories of cats bringing dead birds home, but that’s not the case here. Fuku had a lot of fun with Marimo! Hukulou is an owl-themed café.

In Japan, this type of coffee shop is rather common. Other owls occasionally visit the café, which also offers adorable owl-themed crafts and items. Pictures of the wonderful couple may be seen further down the page.
