Not The Other Way Around, This Kitten Adopted Her Father

Many kittens are abandoned in the wild and are seldom adopted. Some are fortunate enough to find a loving home, while others are not so fortunate. While we’ve been devastated by all the tragic stories we’ve read in recent years, there’s always one that brings a smile to our faces in this gloomy and harsh world.

That’s the story of Koshka, a cat whose luck changed at the last minute, resulting in a joyful conclusion to a narrative that may have ended otherwise.

Koshka is a Russian cat that determined to solve her own problems. Rather than waiting for good Samaritans to rescue it and adopt it, Koshka sought a new home on her own. The kitten chose to leap through an office window and sit on a worker’s lap one day in 2017.

Kiril Georgive could not believe what he was seeing.

The kitty walked into his office and hopped right into his lap. He fell in love with her as soon as she gazed into his eyes. The kitten was given the name Koshka, which is Russian meaning cat.

They’re now both living in a safe and caring environment, and we’re grateful that folks like Kiril still exist. Congratulations, cat; you’re an inspiration to all of us.
