The Family Receives A Pregnant Cat Just In Time For Their Kittens To Enjoy A Better Existence

She was a homeless pregnant cat who was relieved to discover a safe haven, especially after giving birth to four lovely kittens the first night she arrived.
The beautiful pregnant cat was rescued from the streets and sent to the RSQ209 animal rescue facility in California.
The poor cat was in terrible health; she was infested with fleas, and it was clear that she need immediate medical attention.

That’s when Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals decided to take her to their facilities and locate her a foster family as soon as possible.
In this manner, she landed to the home of Angela Su, a refugee volunteer who, while knowing nothing about the cat’s situation, offered to care for her.

She got to work right away to get rid of the annoying fleas and was also treated for other health issues she had. The lovely cat was named ‘Iris,’ and ever since she arrived at her new home, she has transformed into a ball of fur full of love, stroking everyone while being cared for.

When Iris arrived at her new home, everyone anticipated her to give birth within a week, but something unexpected happened.
Angela stated:
“To my astonishment, she began having contractions a few hours after her arrival and gave birth to four healthy and lovely kittens.” I believe she realized she was finally secure and that we would look after her and her kittens.

Iris was overjoyed to have found a safe and loving home for her children after a difficult start in life.
He could now depend on a warm and comfy bed wrapped in lovely sheets, as well as a delectable buffet for his meals.
For the first two days, Iris didn’t let her adorable kids alone; she kept them by her side 24 hours a day.
Angela had to bring food and drink to Iris every day in order for her to feed herself and to remind her to eat in order for her to recover rapidly.

But Iris was so concerned about her children’s well-being that her adoptive mother had to hold the dish of food next to her so she could eat without moving.
Angela stated:
«She is one of the most adorable kitties I’ve ever encountered. It nearly always purrs. One of my favorite things about Iris is how much she speaks. With small trills and meows, she continually communicates with me or her kittens.

Iris treats her kittens like treasures, pampering and bathing them even though they are mature enough to do so on their own.
Mom Iris, on the other hand, insists on giving them a required bath and keeping all of her kittens pristine and completely clean.

If one of her cubs tries to escape from the bathroom, she grabs him with her paw, yowls at him, and bathes him thoroughly.
Iris is an overprotective mother; she watches over her kittens at every step of their journey, and if any of them walk away, she rushes to check on them.

He even inspects every new toy they find and gives it his seal of approval before allowing his kittens to play with it.

Angela stated:
Iris originally came to me pregnant, flea-infested, and parasite-infested. It crushes my heart to consider what may have occurred if Iris had not been saved. I’m relieved that I was able to bring her home on time. Her kittens will never have to live on the streets again, and Iris now has all the pleasures she desires.

When Angela enters the room to see Iris, the cat begins chatting to her as if she were telling her foster mother about her day.
The adorable litter is already eight weeks old, yet they still snuggle up to their adoring mother to feed herself peacefully.

Iris, the proud mother, still lies with her offspring in various areas of the home, ensuring their safety and grooming.

For the time being, she will continue to care for her kittens, certain that they are secure and will have a loving home for the rest of their lives.
