When He Needed His Mother The Most, The Little Kitty Found Her Forever

Ellen Carozza, a Nova Cat Clinic registered veterinary technician and foster volunteer in Arlington, Virginia, had her life flipped upside down. Unfortunately, she had received devastating news: Benny, her 7-year-old closest friend and confidant kitty, had died.

The kitten died as a result of feline aortic thromboembolism. Ellen was sad since Benny was so essential in her life. Benny, on the other hand, was always there to help her with the orphaned kittens she brought home; he was a star helper in charge of dispensing a lot of affection.

He was an excellent foster father to all of the kittens he cared for, and he was constantly looking for ways to cheer up those in need.

¬ęThat day, my spirit perished beside him. Every day, just getting home from work made me feel like I had an elephant on my chest since my best buddy was no longer there.

That was a difficult period to overcome, but Ellen continued to assist kittens in need from various animal rescue organizations, remaining true to her lovely job. She forgot what had occurred while she was engaged with the kittens, but it was impossible for her not to think about Benny, who was her entire universe.

Ellen remarked:

“Benny has been with me through countless kittens, and I was hoping to see him again.” But I didn’t know when it was going to happen.

Ellen received a call from her organization, The Chris Griffey Memorial Feline Foundation, about a month after Benny died. The call alerted to a litter of orphaned kittens in desperate need of assistance and a foster home to care for them.

Ellen’s group often collaborates with several rescue facilities and shelters around the city, so she felt compelled to act.

Ellen continued, saying:

“The Arlington Welfare League’s Kitten College approached me about a rare batch of kittens.” When I saw the photo, I noticed that Benny was present in all five kittens, not just one.

The kittens had a respiratory ailment, and one of them was entirely white; all of this reminded him of Benny.

The woman was ecstatic to see the kittens, but she was also apprehensive, scared that she wouldn’t be able to handle the situation.

However, when she met the white cat, she felt as if she had a little Benny, and time seemed to stand still for her.

Ellen remarked:

“I knew he was mine when I had Ambrose (the white cat) in my arms.”

Ellen caressed the lovely furball, who promptly fell asleep, and she remembered the first time she carried Benny in her arms.

Kittens, even at four weeks old, do not have a distinct personality since they must adapt, but Ambrose is an exception. There was also a strong bond between the kitty and Ellen. Ambrose felt quite at home in his new surroundings; everything was familiar and reassuring.

He prefers to be cradled like a baby and carried in the coziness of a pocket from that day on, and he falls asleep as a result. He’s been a very judicious, friendly, and committed kitty; he feeds like a champion, and his improvement is seen every day.

Ambrose is content in the company of his human mother, and he warms Ellen’s heart with embraces and purrs.

Ellen continued, ”

“I hope everyone understands that losing a pet is not the end of the world.” It does, however, allow you to open your heart to another creature who is in need of your affection.
